From Taylor Swift, Leonie Hanne, Rita Ora, and more, check out what the celebrities wore at the most-anticipated MTV EMA Awards 2022.
Another incredible edition of the MTV EMA Awards took place this year in Dusseldorf, Germany, on Sunday.
Celebrities were in attendance, from young-promising artists to established stars nominated for the award.
The evening was certainly one full of high-energy and musical celebrations. Singers like Stormzy, Bebe Rexha, One Republic, and others provided incredible performances at the event.
However, the focus was on the winners: Taylor Swift led the nominations with six, but she took home four awards; Harry Styles led the nominations with seven but took home two.
Hosted by Rita Ora with her husband, Taika Waititi, the most exciting awards honoured the industry’s brightest music talents. From Leonie Hanne and Taylor Swift to Bebe Rexha, and Ava Max, stars flaunted their most glamorous and exquisite ensembles on the red carpet.
While it’s a David Koma ensemble, a sheer jumpsuit or a dazzling gown, all the celebs’ looks definitely caught our attention. Let’s have a look at this year’s best-dressed celebrities below.
Pop singer, Taylor Swift, looked amazing in a David Koma black ensemble. The dress comprised a black bodysuit with spaghetti straps and a show-stopping, jewel-embellished sheer netted skirt and adorned with larged emerald gemstones. She paired the look with black stilettos and edgy ear cuffs.
As one dress was not enough, she went for a low-cut, jewel-crusted black ensemble. It was a sequin lustre dress featuring a black polo collar and half sleeves. This dress was also designed by David Koma.
Leonie Hanne was also present at the MTV EMA Awards 2022. For the occasion, the influencer and model opted for a Valentino gown, which featured feather broom and coloured-sequins.
Bebe Rexha wore one of the most extravagant ensembles so far. For the occasion, she opted for a creative high-fashion couture look, which featured an edgy blue velvet bodysuit by Fjolla Nilla, and an abstracted panel draped around. She paired the outfit with velvet high heels.
Singer Rita Ora looked stunning in a black and red lace bodysuit by Elie Saab. The dress featured a plunging keyhole neckline and bare back. She completed the look with a pair of chunky black platform heels, bracelets and rings.
British media personality and DJ, Maya Jama, looked gorgeous on the red carpet wearing a body-coloured, long-striped, translucent evening dress.
Ava Max wore a green velvet Roberto Cavalli cutaway dress with a sweeping train. She completed the look with black high heels.
Canadian singer, Tate McRae, looked stunning in an all-black Versace ensemble, which featured glossy leather pants, a corseted puffer jacket, and matching boots. She completed the look with golden hoops, chains and rings.
