Lingerie brand Intimissimi announced artist Jennifer Lopez as its official global ambassador and launched its Spring/Summer 2023 summertime campaign, featuring the star artist’s debut in complete serenity. In a press release, the Italian company stated Lopez is the perfect representation of an Intimissimi woman, joining the ranks of international stars like Irina Shayk and Sarah Jessica Parker, who have previously represented the brand. “Today’s women are savvy and successful and role models. They inspire us to work hard and follow our dreams. Lopez is the ultimate ambassador for Intimissimi as she brings a strong and modern sexiness to the brand and communicates their core values.”
In the release, the “Shotgun Wedding” actress commented about her partnership with Intimissimi stating, “I love Italy – the people, the fashion, the culture, the food, and the storied history. When I discovered Intimissimim, I was immediately drawn to their precious silks romantic lace, beautiful cuts, flattering fits and intricate designs.” She said.
In the campaign captured by photographer Chris Colls, the icon artist posed for the camera looking extremely gorgeous modelling different sexy pieces from the new collection, including silk bras, underwear, PJs and kimonos in pink, Fuschia, coral red and cyan blue colour sets. “I’m proud to be an Intimissimi woman and honoured that they view me as someone who emulates their own qualities of confident, lively and strong,” she continued.
Jennifer Lopez stated she is in love with all the stand-out pieces proposed by the label and cannot choose a single favourite. “I love the silks,” she said. “The robes and pyjamas are so comfortable and are my go-to loungewear staples. I also love bras and panties with intricate lace detailing. And the fits are amazing.”
