Discover the steps Jennifer Lopez follows for a perfect skincare.

Jennifer Lopez is one of the most beautiful woman in the world. Her skincare and beauty is just unbelievable. Of course, getting a perfect skincare as hers is not impossible. For that, it is important to follow some steps and daily routines to take care of your skin and why not your body, too?
Two years ago, the icon and wife of Ben Affleck began her own beauty brand and launched “JLo Beauty” with a core line of products like SPF, eye cream, and serum to help you achieve Lopez’s radiance, which has been coined as “the JLo glow.”
Jennifer revealed her secrets to staying young, which includes sunscreen daily, using cleaners and sleep. “People always ask about my skin,” Lopez said. “I have to say, I have good genes. My mum and my grandma have beautiful skins, so I was blessed in that way. I haven’t had any plastic surgery… or injectable or fillers or anything like that.”

J.Lo’s Morning Routine
The fresh-faced star starts her morning skincare routine using a cleanser, which is very important to her to set her face for the whole entire day as she washes her face, “not only did it get all the makeup and gave me that kind of, like, extra-clean feeling, but in a healthy way. I am in love with this cleanser.” After cleansing her face in the shower, she begins with her favourite serum, which contains an “antioxidant-rich, 4-part olive blend of squalene, fermented oil, extra virgin oil, and leaf extract,” according to J.Lo Beauty.
“Putting my serum as usual – morning and night. Vitamins for the face. I like to think of it like taking my vitamins first thing in the morning,” she explains.
Then, she continues with the next step: the sunscreen – her real-must have skincare item. She applies a dollop of the whipped formula all over her face and neck. ‘From being very, very young, you have to wear sunscreen,” Jennifer states, “That is probable one of the biggest things that I did from a very young age that helped me to preserve my skin.”
She also adds, “A dermatologist told me at a very young age to use sunscreen, and I was like, ‘What do I need sunscreen for? I live in New York.’ But the truth is, that was a big part of why I was able to say youthful-looking because I used it as my moisturizer every single day. It helped me protect myself from the elements, and enough people don’t understand that such a big part of staying youthful looking is using sunscreen every day.”
Her next step is to finish the skincare routine with vitamin capsules. ‘Skin care is an inside job,” she says, “Beauty from the inside out is one of our models at JLo Beauty, and that means spiritually, emotionally, metaphorically, but also really really, practically.”

J.Lo Provides Extra Advice for a Perfect Skin
There are some four extra advice Jennifer Lopez provides to her fans who aim to take care of their skin, body and lifestyle. First of all, she emphasizes on having our face clean after working out to get a healthy skin. “I always, always wash my face after a workout. That helps keep my pores clean, and my skin feeling healthy.”
Secondly, Jennifer says that you never should go to sleep without cleaning your makeup look. Having a nightly cleansing routine is crucial for her as he explains, “I never go to bed without taking my makeup off, (and I use) night creams to keep my skin hydrated,” She also emphasizes that sleeping is also crucial for a healthy skin. “Ideally, I would love to get nine or 10 hours of sleep. But either way, I always make sure I get at least eight.”

A third step is to not wear makeup during free times or when not working. “I am pretty low-key when it comes to my day-to-day beauty routine… When I am not working, I tend to wear little to no makeup,” she says.
Finally, Lopez claims that not only does a skincare routine has an important aspect in keeping your skin fresh and stunning, but also taking care of your body becomes a must-follow daily routine. Jennifer is really careful about how she fuels her body from the insider out. “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.” Instead, she suggests living a green-and-H20 life and “eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and kale,” and adds, “you should drink at least seven glasses of water a day.”
