All eyes in the fashion industry are on the 95th edition of the Oscars as extravagant glamorous fashion came back with a vengeance on Sunday night, which took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles Awards. Not only does the Oscars commemorate the best motion pictures of the year, but it is also a chance for those at home to celebrate fashion. It was really nice to see our favourite Hollywood stars wearing the glitz and glam on this year’s “champagne” carpet. We also had an impressive guest list and surprising reveals of the show’s big wins. It was an unforgettable ceremony.

All eyes were on Florence Pugh, who looked beautifully gorgeous wearing black shorts with a dramatic cape. Popstar Rihanna, who was nominated for the original song for “Lift Me Up,” from “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, arrived at the Oscars wearing an all-black Alaia look, which left us speechless.

CARA DELEVINGNE
Actress and model Cara Delevingne showed up to this year’s Oscars red carpet event sporting a dramatic, floor-length red gown designed by Elie Saab from the label’s 2021 fall-winter collection. Shimmering Bulgari jewellery perfectly complemented her look, including a Serpenti serpent-shaped diamond post earrings, rings, a wrapped collar necklace a winding bangle. She also wore platform sandals by Stuart Weitzman.
LADY GAGA
Singer and actress Lady Gaga, who was nominated for Best Original Song, made a striking red carpet appearance wearing an all-black sheer, drop-waist gown designed by Versace from the label’s fall-winter 2023 collection. She wore the same dress that supermodel Gigi Hadid wore on the runway at Versace’s fall-winter 2023 fashion show. Gaga paired the look with Tiffany & Co. Archives diamond necklace, a bold red lip and a smokey eye.
NICOLE KIDMAN
Nominated for 2022’s Being in the Ricardos and one win for her 2003 performance in The Hours, Nicole Kidman brought the glamour and elegance to the red carpet wearing with an elegant black sequins-covered gown by Armani Privé.

Florence Pugh went for a gorgeous and traditional dress black shorts and gown by Valentino Couture. She completed her look with Tiffany jewellery, including two Soleste rings, platinum earrings with pink tourmalines and diamonds, and a matching necklace. She also wore black platform sandals.

The “Eyes of Tammy Faye” star proved she’s just as stunning in real life, wearing a stunning floor-length lavender gown by Gucci. She paired the look with statement earrings, a number of rings, and a shimmering makeup look.
RIHANNA
Pop superstar singer Rihanna, who was nominated in the awards’ best original song category, turned heads at the 2023 Annual Academy Awards. For the occasion, she wore a leather bra and maxi skirt combo by designer label, Alaia, bringing bold maternity style to the Oscars. The outfit worn over a sheer turtleneck bodysuit featured a dramatic train and slashed cut-outs at each hip. She completed the look with Giuseppe Zanotti heels enormous brown diamond drop earrings and a bold cocktail ring from Moussaieff.
ANA DE ARMAS
Ana de Armas, who was nominated best actress, wowed at the 2023 Oscars red carpet, wearing a shimmering silver mermaid gown by luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton. Her dress resembled one of Hollywood icon Marilyn’s most iconic on-screen looks from the 1957 classic The Prince And The Showgirl. The dress also featured a low-cut u-shaped neckline and had jewelled embellishments all over it. It also featured a long train which resembled flower petals. She accessorised the look with platinum bracelets, dangling earrings, and a ring.
