The SAG Awards’ red carpet: Zendaya, Julia Garner and more who wowed us with their outfits.

Awards season keeps rolling merrily along, ending with the Oscars on March 12. However, before the grande dame of red-carpet events, stars once again slipped into their designer gowns and suits, called in their glam teams and headed to Century City, California, for the 29th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards — aka the SAG Awards 2023. It is an insider, actors-only ceremony where SAG members cast the winning votes. It has a slightly more relaxed and fun vibe than some of the more formal award’s ceremonies.
Not only does award events season provide us with unforgettable and exciting moments, but the red carpet also reflects the best of each performer’s personal style, resulting in a stunning blend of fashion aesthetics and a wide range of trends. This year at the SAG Awards 2023, our favourite actors, models, celebrities, and more dazzled on the red carpet wearing their most glamorous ensembles, which left us speechless. The stylists and hair and makeup artists worked hard to show the most fashionable side of their star clients.
The star-studded guestlist included Zendaya, Julia Garner, Cara Delevingne, Andrew Garfield, Eddie Redmayne, the star of George & Tammy and winner of a SAG Awards, Jessica Chastain, arrived at the ceremony showing off incredible looks on the red carpet.
From Zendaya’s pink, floral Valentino gown to Jessica Chastain’s bold red taffeta gown, keep scrolling to see what your favourite stars from the TV and movies wore at the SAG Awards this year.
EDDIE REDMAYNE
The “Fantastic Beasts” star, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Good Nurse, opted for a white skirt with a huge, sculpted collar for the red carpet. He paired his look with black suit pants.

ANDREW GARFIELD
The “Spiderman” star opted for a traditional double-breasted tuxedo with a white shirt. He added his personal style without wearing a tie and sported a bushy beard.

AMANDA SEYFRIED
Amanda Seyfried, who was nominated as SAG Best Actress, wore a beautiful emerald, green silk minidress by train by Prada. She also wore earrings crafted of emeralds, diamonds and onyx set in platinum by Cartier. She completed her look with black high heels.

CARA DELEVINGNE
The “Carnival Row” star attended the SAG Awards 2023 wearing a luxe Carolina Herrera outfit with black floral detailing. The look featured a jumpsuit with an overskirt. She completed the look with diamond jewels by De Beers and black stilettos.

ZENDAYA
Zendaya continued her style streak on the step-and-repeat in a pair of dazzling dresses at this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards. She hit the red carpet in a blush pink custom silk gown by Valentino that featured a corseted bodice and more than a hundred (190, to be exact) rosettes attached to its floor-length skirt and train — the gown was essentially the personification of the phrase “coming up roses.” Accessory-wise, Zendaya didn’t skimp on the sparkle, opting for a massive Bulgari diamond necklace and a bracelet and cocktail ring to match. Her chin-grazing bob was blown out in bombshell waves that were swept to the side, while her makeup included rosy cheeks, pink lips, and exaggerated bottom lashes.

JULIA GARNER
Garner’s custom Gucci number was the epitome of mermaidcore, from her seashell bustier top to the gorgeous bronze colouring to the flowing train. It featured scallop-like cups, pleated fabric at the elbows, a thigh-high slit and a bedazzled fishnet material. The “Inventing Anna” also wore high jewellery by Irene Neuwirth, including diamond stud earrings. She completed her look with gold metallic Gucci platform sandals.

JESSICA CHASTAIN
Jessica Chastain, who won a SAG Award for her performance in George & Tammy, wore a beautiful bold red taffeta gown from Zuhair Murad’s Spring-Summer 2023 ready-to-wear collection. She also wore a statement cocktail ring by Gucci.

EMILY BLUNT & JOHN KRASINSKI
Emily Blunt, who was nominated for her work in “The English”, looked beautiful on the red carpet as she opted for a brilliant red bandage-style gown embroidered with pink geranium blossoms from the Fall-Winter 2023 collection by Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia for Oscar de la Renta. She completed the look with a high-jewellery Serpenti necklace with rubies and diamonds set in 18-karat pink gold by Bulgari. Meanwhile, John Krasinski (Emily’s husband), wore a classic elegant pinstriped suit, with a watch chain.
